re: Ann: MOU Entered with China Harbour Engin... Flies like a rocket to 30c... hits a brick wall.. lack of the momentum experienced to get it their, to continue through the resistance.

Seems like heavy buying from big end of town, supported by substantial shareholder notice... When it gets to 30c region, they have taken the foot off the accelerator, allowed for ppl to take profits/setup sell orders... price then drops to 28c region... then work it back up to 30c region by mopping up all the sell orders. Rinse and repeat....

Action is definitely accumulation at this stage. My view is it has the legs to get over 30c... as mentioned elsewhere, it needs general markets to play ball to do so.
