I am fully aware of what an MOU is and aware this MOU is non-binding and of course can be walked away from.
The point here is there is a pathway to funding, development and production at the mine. What it demonstrates is there is interest and in the months to follow we will see the effect. At the end of the day, they are targeting H1 2025 for first production.... so we will know soon enough how this all plays out.
Lets not go into individual examples of MOU... there are multiple examples of them both working and not working....
