I'm not a PFS expert of any sort but this thing is either huge as millions of dollars have been spent on it.
I've done some digging and found HFR's that was completed years ago, close to 8 million dollars spent on it?!
It does appear that a PFS will define a very clear pathway, I guess you gotta trust people like Lawrence and Luis to be the professionals their qualifications hold them accountable for.
