    Morebulls - there's a real a sense of urgency in this MOU imo. I don't think the Chinese or the Indians want to wait for TEF studies and pilot stage testing etc re Matmor. My sense is this MOU will turn into a JV quickly and with very favourable terms already indicated for NSL.
