    This MOU sounds a bit like what a few of us have been saying for years. Why wouldn't a big company want a piece of TMT if they are going to be using TMT's vanadium in their own business. It's like getting a discount via profit share.

    Exciting the MOU specifically mentions potential JV and/or funding.
