My reading is that they have enough Li in the pond system that the current (dud) plant will not be able to process, therefore, they might as well see if they can add another plant to boost output.

Just a curious observer, somewhat bemused with the optimism diehard supporters are showing.

I guarantee you this "curious observer" that if the plant was the flea ridden dog that you think the word would be out and the SP much, much, much lower.

I also remember typing the words "potential" before the word expansion and not "magical".
