My take on this,
At noon yesterday only about 150,000 shares had been exchanged. The remaining were traded on the way up. This looks like an accumulation happening and anybody sells there is a buyer waiting and they are probably getting them cheap.
As for the process, when ORE were experiencing issues, in common with most companies, news was scarce. They have released the info about October sales exceeding estimates, modest they may be, said there will be another update before the end of the month, released the MOU yesterday. This looks like a company that has turned the corner.
As for the lithium hydroxide, good common sense, if a new type of battery (I believe they will be at least 5 years before challenging the Li CO3 battery, if at all) that devalues your ONLY business go to the mountain, don't try and make it come to you.
There have been a succession of bad news bears for this stock lately and I am suspicious they are simply attempting manipulating the stock, and good luck to them if they manage to get it cheaper. Its up to you if you sell.
