Poo, it's very hard arguing points on HC threads against the trend. As soon as somebody says not held and has a negative post it gets thrashed by dozens of people. I rarely comment on HC anymore for this reason. There are some great posts from smart people but they get drowned in mediocrity with a lot of confirmation bias. So I don't even bother any more. I suggest perhaps taking a similar road. sometimes it's just not worth it.
For what it's worth though, I disagree with your stance. Although non binding it does show they are working together and trying to make it happen which is price sensitive. A carbon neutral battery materials producer is their aim and this announcement is a step toward that goal, so for me, it's price sensitive.
