Nice to see them working ahead, and really looks like they are trying to make sure this project gets off the ground. Even if the investment decision is to go ahead next year, they will still need to wait until 2021 to have access to their 13.8% of concentrate from MM. Perhaps they are thinking that if its developed early there may be a chance they could source concentrate from another mine? So perhaps it may start before 2021? The way they are travelling this could be up and running in early 2020 IMO.
