I think, and hope you ar right. We know WPL are well aware of Hazer's tech. A paper co-authored by one of their execs. a couple of years ago described the technology as "a sleeping tiger". Being a WPL shareholder I communicated with their sustainability dept about 3 years ago and they were well aware of HZR, but couldn't or wouldn't give anything away re collaboration.
