Ann: MOU for offtake executed with LG Chem, page-175

Agree regarding a nice short term buy for NIC. With their announcement several days ago, coupled with the upcoming quarterly report, it should be a good momentum ride while the current market is flowing solidly. I suspect the NIC quarterly report will show impressive numbers.
As for PM1, happy to hold and let this ride out the long term as us holders see this through pilot plant construction and testing. A very nice exciting phase for the company over the next 3 - 6 months.
