It's playing out exactly like FYI with their 2 tranches. Not enough profit for Foster to dump into tranche 1 shares after they were issued and I suspect many were sold on the 15th and 16th October.
Foster will be issued a further 187,084,702 shares in tranche 2 and they will be looking to offload asap if the share price is still hovering around 3c+.
They will take a double bagger and move on, that's what they do - anyone thinking otherwise is blind freddy and naive.
When Foster were issued their tranche 2 shares in FYI (at 6c) - the share price was around 27c and they dumped like crazy all the way down to .175c
If you are holding when Foster get their hands onto tranche 2 and the share price is 3c+ - look out is all I can say
