Question which raises immediately is cost of transport to Currumbin on the Gold Coast - an obvious alternative would be to duplicate the plant in N.Qld - if the deposit proves to be big enough.

So IMO - that's good progress - we will soon have answers to the assays and grade question and for size with their maiden resource estimate over drilled ground, and exploration resource estimate over the whole deposit.

One question remains vital for me, not whether I should hold, but what the future might hold. That involves the source of the heavy minerals. Time will tell.

I concur with your thoughts. Great progress with this MOU and I like your idea of duplicating the plant at the source if supply and demand stack up. We don’t want diesel blowing the lower carbon dynamic ( in addition to costs).

My only comment on the Ann. is there is a possible typo in the sixth bolded dot point. There should be an s at the end of program(s) as we are still waiting for the rest of the results from phase 1! Hehe

Waiting patiently for those as you can tell.

Also very interested in the bottom sections of the phase 2 holes. ‘In theory” the heavies should sit and concentrate on the basement. Clearly need this to be validated with results. Hence the company’s strategy to make sure they were at basement with phase 2 holes.
