It seems that non-industrials are basically metal and fossil-fuel minerals. From a quick Google search, I found a good summary description on Wiki sourced from the Industrial Minerals Assoc and the British Geological Survey:

Keep in mind that in order to 'crystallise' any gains from this, MGY will actually have to do some exploration in the field; something that has been completely lacking for a good 2 years now and counting. It's all well and good to have 75% on paper, but you do actually have to go out in the weeds and dig around quite a bit to find this stuff that you have 75% equity in. This is not happening and it doesn't 'find' itself. OZ
