My interpretation of Mr. Duncans words are obviously different than yours. By the word "misleading" I would like to refer to one of your postings:

Modun has a Memorandum of Understanding, no more no less. This is not an offtake agreement nor is it a binding contract. Furthermore there is no guarantee that a potential offtake agreement will grow over time like your posting suggests. Clearly you are the one who is misleading readers.

Before you make an exhibition of yourself at the AGM you should have a close look on several Modun publications. The pictures in some of those showing the White Energy briquetting facility at Cessnock without any doubt. If Modun has not the intention to cooperate with White Energy such publications would be highly misleading.
