You certainly have the grump on in your last 2 posts. They are simply networking via MOU it’s not binding it’s not financially a killer it’s just networking to explore future positions in coming technology of VRFBs.
In the future 1 Dalian China built a year in the world requires I think 8000 tons of V205 battery grade. Isn’t that a lot of Vanadium each year.
You almost could build a mine just to supply the demand of that let alone steel consumption & other.
No it’s all good it may not be the Ann we want to hear but the networking will only assist with finalising our fate as a Vanadium producer.
