What you say has some real merit, it fits is well with a statement made on the annoucment...

"The Resolution also requires the Ministry of Environment and Green Development, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Mining and the Ulaanbaatar City Mayor’s Office to provide support to Modun in the development of the infrastructure required to ensure sustainable supply of the Nuurst coal briquettes."

Things are looking good. There are many possibilities that can present themselves here. A joint venture with Peabody who own adjoins coal resources, mongolia government JV partner with modun....the list goes on.

I'm for the latter...JV with government.

This may put modun on the map finally.
