Yes bit of a haircut on the investment, but at the moment I see the value of the deal as not having to fund it going forward.
While the HSV2 results weren't a write off, they were not good enough to garner adequate investment for AHZ to keep carrying the ball.
The new major holder is taking an $18M dollar punt, just like AHZ took a $13M dollar one.
Vax game is tough, but like I said earlier we still have a ticket in the lottery with this deal.
