    Does MOU with CGWIC mean that Virgin Galactic is very delayed and SAS is trying to secure a different launch partner for the first 20 nano sats (explains the SP action), or is this for the rest of the nano sats, or a cry for help. Either way SAS needs better wording for their announcements so we know exactly what they intend to do
