unfortunately not likely. This is the forth cap raise MGT has had while i have been a holder. Every time the faithful believe this will be the last.... Personally this has been the worst I have seen. I don't feel the uptake will fill the offer this time.... The biggest disappointment is this time management are asking for more funds yet are further away from a decision to mine than they were in 2021.

Also, a JV partnership is only required when funding can not be obtained from normal sources. JV partnerships were never discussed at the PFS stage. The talk about a JV partnership is very disappointing, I had hoped MGT would not need to go down that road. At the end of the day the market is never wrong, 2021 MGT had a market cap peak of over 300 million, currently it's less than 25 million.... the low market cap now really hurts share holders due to the massive dilution, approximately 12 time higher now than cap raises done during 2021. Fingers crossed....
