Finally some positivity and people who see it for what it is rather than the glass half empty "they're getting paid too much" broken records. I'm sure you guys have a ton of experience in developing, partnering a building a multi billion dollar mining project.....ill admit i dont have the experience either but i do realise its not a simple as getting a bank loan and having a project built within a year (I say a year as thats how long this board has been in place with the 5MTPA target framework). If a builder cant give an exact timeline on a $800,000 house with no approvals required what makes you think they can give exact timelines on a $2 Billion project with mutitple lines of approvals and funding required?
