Once the initial buzz from another non-binding MOU dies down, what then? When reality sets in that the company is still required to prepare an IPO for UTZ? That they still have unresolved issues in Tanzania?

What does management do when the SP continues to fall? Do they do a CR now or do they wait it out and hope that the SP recovers first?

You can announce all of the gigafactories and MOUs in the world, but guess what, if you can't raise the capex to develop your project then it's all for nought.


The market will see through this smoke and mirrors act and they will sell to the mugs that are buying into this incredibly lofty dream. Magnis is not Tesla, and Frank Poullas is not Elon Musk, quit trying to run before you can crawl.
