    i think the settlement price for the sale is equiv of 43c per share - the market will determine whether the fee, plus the cash on hand plus the future revenue stream, plus any other projects LLL might consider, less admin costs is worth more or less than 43c !

    someone with a bigger calculator will have to work out the impact of the sale on FFX holders!
