Do you want the company to start trading again???
If the answer is YES then the company needs to at least appear to be wanting to carry on as an ongoing business.
If they announce now that they are winding up the Company i very much doubt the ASX will allow them to ever trade again. They will be openly admitting to not wishing to operate a business. GET REAL
When it trades sell. Everyone will have the opportunity to sell.
But if you really want them to announce “We are winding up the company” your only hope of getting the second tranche cash and the 1.5% revenue stream before July 2025 is for the company to be sold at a discount.
