    Actually this would be a better deal, if we get Gangfeng shares but the board is so clueless they couldn’t come up with a better deal. Also based on my calculations we are not even getting close to 500million including everything, it’s more like in the 400million. The 1.5% revenue steam is worth about 80million at NPV with current lithium prices.

    Worst deal of the decade!!!
