    Its NPV so the worth of the total cash stream we receive from the 1.5% payments over 20 years are estimated to be worth 8 cents a share now as part of what we get for selling Goulamina.
    So if the NPV is 8 cents a share and there is 1.3 billion SOI then its worth in todays value 1.8bx 0.07 = $A104m. Probably not very liquid if we wanted to sell it
    Add that to the $US342.7mill cash price.
