According to the 2022 annual report and its balance sheet there is 105 million of capital that could be returned. That translates into something like 10 cents per share.

IF the company and shareholders decide to return all money to shareholders that means that the first 10 cents can be a non-taxable return of capital (except for capital tax purposes) and the rest - some 40 cents - will be a taxable dividend.

So those shareholders who are advocating for a return of all money to the shareholders will have the support of the Australian Tax Office.
