Looks good - Good to include interest accruing.

You include income for the 1.5% but what about a value per share? I think Jardin allocated $70m so a tad under 6c a share. Could be sold for more?

Also they mention in the announcement $21.8m USD in the JV. Do you think we will get a share (40%?) of that. IF 40% A tad over 1c a share.

Thoughts on tax? I can’t find the Jardin report, but looks like they were discounting 10c a share for that and fees of $120m AUD total ?? I could have that wrong mind you.
