I'm also a bit confused. Do they already have a similar MOU with the Port Authority for Galalar? I thought they were still figuring out which of the two export options they would (be allowed to) go for there. But this seems to be specifically and only for the northern project (which I thought was secondary to Galalar)..Don't get me wrong, not complaining! hardly a bad thing, but yeah just a little bit confused by the ann in terms of its significance
