If one is just seeking to profit from encouraging anns, all well and good, but bear in mind that China has a current stranglehold on REEs and pricing. Some of these minerals are strategic. Given the world geopolitics today, and where it is heading, a bit of caution is required. The west cant really afford to let this superb deposit fall into Chinese hands.
