That's the $64,000 question - when it comes to finance the Chinese investors have all sorts of regulatory hoops to jump through to get finance approved by their authorities. I'm also invested in IBG and we have had big problems with the Chinese in that regard. I think GGG are aware of these things and are not putting all their eggs in the one basket, so to speak.
DYOR on this and check out the history on IBG with financing for their Citronen zinc project, to see what GGG could be up against - I have included an excerpt from their last quarterly report to give you some insight.

"Discussions are ongoing with China Nonferrous (NFC). We note that Chinese regulatory requirements and design changes have resulted in variations to the Western Feasibility Study. Some of these changes have resulted in delays and increased costs. Ironbark continues to work with NFC under the pre-existing Memorandum of Understanding however a resolution to these variations may not be achieved."

    Cheers and good luck
