Put it this way. If you held 12.5 or 60% of GGG and had extensive contacts in the industry. Would you liken it to failure as readily as a similar project where you have no capital holdings at stake at all?
Shenghe didnt have to offer an equity stake. It could have chosen a healthy finance deal option given suitable offtake/pricing. But its not. Its asking for holdings and therefore becoming an investor in themselves and likened returns via SP gains much like ourselves.
