    It sounds like MAK have entered into a MOU with Verte to simply outsource getting the funding for Wonarah rather than actually having anything solid in place now?

    I'm not sure what Verte are offering that MAK couldn't do themselves except maybe great contacts etc.

    Just a quick scan so could be missing the obvious.
