"Sold the farm" makes it sound like the deal has already gone through. Imo, all this announcement does is show the intentions at this stage of how we get Wonarah up and running.
I do agree with you that if there is the be 50% partnership for the whole development of Wonarah, including railway line, beneficiation plant and fertiliser plants, then MAK should spin off the project so that we retain current ownership of Namibia and other projects. Good point.
If it was for Wonarah alone, then I reckon 50% stake at premium to current sp is a good way to go for total development. Current mcap $63 million, the capex for start up as per the BFS over $200m. I hope MAK can find a strategic partner to go for that, but would like it to be for Wonarah alone. Namibia is a great project that should be left out of this deal, imo.
