re: Ann: MOU to Advance Investment and Fundin... Verte Group?????????????????????

I have tried to find out this morning something about their track record thru contacts at Citigroup, the answer i received back was....." Hard to find much about them other than they raise money for specific mining projects".....

Now i personally would feel a little more comfortable with this mornings announcement if in fact VERTE GROUP have a successful track record in other mining projects over the past few years.

Looking at their current website gives no indication whatsoever that they have in fact completed even one such transaction, in fact judging on the data of their site one could be excused for thinking this (VERTE) is a start up company.

ANDREW, more info is required to your shareholders re VERTE GROUP and their qualifications????????????
