Not so long ago the Chinese Govt wanted this for their local manufacturers to buy foreign quality ingredients or foreign manufacturing from abroad. Why? Govt wanted to restore confidence in their own products. This is already in action. We will see if their plans work? So what Bub has done is just agoing along with the flow right?
