Fair comment. I suppose people were thinking the S/P would take off like 1,000 startled Gazelles, but it has not. Issue is there will have to be a C/R for the facility in China I would expect. The positives are: cost of production will decrease substantially e.g. labour costs down, moving bulk powder rather than finished product, access to the whole China market, they will have 49% ownership of a SAMR facility and you would think this will give them the inside running for a SAMR spot in Oz, possibly as you really are at the whim of the Chinese government. Go back to the announcement and look how many non-Chinese businesses have gotten SAMR..... 5/8th of buggger all.
The only question I have is what will be the cost of the 49% and will this be a CR or percentage give to Beingmate by way of shares?
Personally I would rather they have this than not purely based on volumes and GP by production in China.
