    This must have been in the pipeline for sometime, could it be the rights issue was plan A and initial uptake was low so Plan B, sell 70%?
    A post awhile back suggested the share issue was a way to stop a takeover, so why the new shares????

    No indication of sell price, so could it be 0.005c per share????
