I agree, dilution is part of the equation. I get it, I accept it will occur. But why worry is a head in the sand comment. Of course I worry. I worry about the size and at the price. I think the good Dr is doing a great job so far. I have confidence he will get the technical side right, I just hope he understands (or has engaged appropriate expertise) on how to get the most value for shareholders (early ones). I think QPM will be a good company if it gets up and into production. I think it will be a great company if it can minimise shares on issue as part of funding as part of getting into production. I think it will be a legendary company if it can do the two above and also secure the ownership rights to the IP (not that I have seen this anywhere to be on the cards or even considered). All imo.
