    Chinese deal + Mono's is a win win really.

    Sinostruct (Mono's China manufacturing arm) build it, Chinese investor protects the I.P through there involvement and ANQ market it. Maintaining the ANQ brand I think will show dividends like the latest announcement in the U.K

    Sky's the limit.
