Compare that to some Australian project, or any other where you dont have these chinese construction banks in your corner.
What i look for (long), and i assume the market is what that end pie looks like.
How much Earnings Per Share is retained on my plate. That will determine, how many time EPS i can expect the sp to climb (PE) if they commission well.
Debt finance preferred, than equity.
