the debt financing, is where this can really look after the dilution (constrain it), and forward eps retained for shareholders.
Compare that to some Australian project, or any other where you dont have these chinese construction banks in your corner.
What i look for (long), and i assume the market is what that end pie looks like.
How much Earnings Per Share is retained on my plate. That will determine, how many time EPS i can expect the sp to climb (PE) if they commission well.
Debt finance preferred, than equity.
