Not to be doom and gloom i would just like to say its just and MOU. Chinese walk away from binding contracts and do what they want all the time. Get that in your head, they don't abide by western law whatever, they follow the money the deals and if you dont have it screw you jack. This announcement hasn't made any news on the Chinese side, maybe strategic, not. Having said that its a step in the right direction. My question is and has been for a while is how can TON gain IP from processes this way? Who is the winner here?
