If Gary can escalate the MoU to a HoA and secure the $5m funding, he should be looking at employing at least two full time geologists with the senior one employed on the board.
That said, I'm happy for the geological work to remain outsourced for the time being as it makes a lot of sense.
Another valuable addition to the board would be a legal adviser!
