It is well undervalued vs the analyst reports and I find the risk-reward on it by this point to be - very good. Am in a few other REE cos and its certainly my fave in terms of appreciation within the next year and expect it will then continue to continue to, for the years to come, given demand + the other projects, partners, they own the land, and that the extraction process really is just a large form of market gardening (lift the earth, give it a shake, a wash, take some rocks and heavy bits out and then drop it back it, mebbe with some fertilizer to make it work better while you're at it).
Was listening to the below with the founder of Adamas earlier on and hadn't realised its not just the US in a bind - it's China too. Myanmar is where it mainly gets its heavy REEs from and those flows have plummeted with the conflict there, since last October (`2min mark).
