"A large holder should not be posting"
Why should a large holder not post if a non holder can post?
It's funny how you expect everyone to acknowledge and discuss the risks but you can't acknowledge or discuss the upside once finance is locked in. NPV of around A$350mill versus market cap of under A$50mill.
It would take a $300mill capital raising to get the market cap up to the after tax NPV - or a much higher share price. The company only needs around $10-15mill so a higher share price is what it will take to get the company up to its NPV. The working capital loan will take care of the working capital.
So how about it Merchant? After thousands of spamming style and frequency negative posts, do you think you can acknowledge the upside potential on completion of funding?
Or will you curl up and die if you discussed the upside?
