Africa.
There are serious issues across the African continent. Corrupt governments, rebel forces causing mayhem, external governments such as Russia/China/Iran getting a foothold using a range of methods, displaced people living in poverty across the continient and the list goes on.
Angola although on the east coast is still part of this dynamic.
Doing "deals" in this region may have more difficulties than meets the eye.
