Who said recently, "FGR need to be talking with big guys, not penny ante"?

It is still an MoU, an agreement to agree of the wink wink nod nod type, but usually big guys don't bother to even enter MoU because of potential to besmirch their reputation. Something nasty would need to happen for there not to be persistent follow through.

There will still be quite some considerable time before anything substantial $-wise to help revenue. Still ... a big step finally in right direction. Pity it has taken so long and wasted time and $ on all those previous ventures.
