drx seems to be a very lightly traded stock. in such situations even apparent good news such as this may have a fairly muted effect on the sp.

i don't know much of the share distribution but suspect that a significant proportion may be in the hands of a few? this would leave an illiquid balance for small shareholders to play with.

i also think that many smaller punters see any drx/ima sands projects as longer term developments which may tend to distance their reaction to good news such as this (even if only psychologically)?

as dg said, this one requires patience. hopefully the rewards will be there for the patient few!
