I read it as: they are supplying some fibre now and then before August they will also provide 3 fabrics woven from that same type of fibre/yarn.
i.e. No mention of next phase of pilot spins here. Just fibre and some fabrics from the first spin.

Like you, I did read this as covering upcoming blends from future pilot spins. Looking forward to seeing some 50/50, 80/20, 100% spins...
